TRAVERSO S.A. (hereinafter “TRAVERSO”) has made available to you (hereinafter also the “User” or “Users”) the website www.traverso.cl (hereinafter the “Traverso website”), a website offering a variety of services that include the promotion, advertising and general information about recipes and products offered by TRAVERSO. It also contains an automated system for the purchase and sale of food products through the Traverso website owned by TRAVERSO S.A. and any other Platform or site that TRAVERSO S.A. may develop in the future.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter “the Policy”) is to describe the processing of your data as a result of visiting our website and using the services offered by the Traverso website.
Through this Policy, TRAVERSO, domiciled in Chile, recognizes as applicable legislation Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life (Personal Data Law) and its subsequent amendments. Personal data shall be understood as any information concerning identified or identifiable natural persons. This data will be collected simply because you have provided such information, as a result of signing up for a personal account on the website or simply by visiting it.
TRAVERSO protects the data collected through these means, preventing its disclosure. To that end, it will adopt all technical means within its reach to prevent the loss, theft, alteration, unauthorized access and/or misappropriation of such data. Cookies and/or analytics tools are files transferred from a Website to the hard drive of the User’s computer, so that when the User visits the Website again, it recognizes them and enriches their browsing, customizing the experience for each user according to their previous visits.
In accordance with its terms and conditions, TRAVERSO establishes that the Traverso website may only be used by persons over 18 years of age who have fully accepted the terms and conditions. A User who is a minor but has the authorization of their parents or legal representative may use the services, provided that their parents or legal representative have fully accepted these terms and conditions. Consequently, TRAVERSO does not intend to collect information about minors and, if the information provided by the User to TRAVERSO is not correct, its deletion may be requested at the following email address contacto@traverso.cl, releasing TRAVERSO from any liability for its use. Parents, guardians or representatives shall be responsible for authorizing the information that minors in their care provide to TRAVERSO.
